At Graphique, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all original artwork and home decor items. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Graphique account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure the product remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
